You must review the vehicle with the technician before he/she leaves the site and allow the technician to address any concerns at that time. Failure to address these concerns prior to the technician leaving results in a forfeiture of any guarantee. Refunds will not be typically issued, but a technician may be sent to repeat the services to your satisfaction as long as those services are within the scope of the original service type as described on the website.
